If you can see yourself becoming a coach or teacher of sport or even if you're planning to progress on to a higher education sports degree, this two-year Extended Diploma is aimed at you. You will learn through a mix of theory-based and practical sessions and will also have a significant amount of leadership/coaching work, both voluntary and as part of your academic programme.

A mixture of theoretical and practical teaching, combined with our excellent on-site sports facilities will allow you to put into practice what you learn in the classroom. To study this course you must have an official golf handicap.

A two-day course which covers chainsaw maintenance and basic operations, leading towards certification with either Lantra or NPTC.
