Things to do in Cheltenham

Said to be "the most complete regency town in England", Cheltenham Spa is an intimate and friendly town, renowned for its culture, nightlife, festivals and hospitality. The Brewery Quarter offers a multiplex Imax Cinema, bowling alley, indoor adventure golf, and high street branded restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes.

Cheltenham's Racecourse is world famous, hosting international events such as its March Gold Cup Festival, one of several race meets that are held all year round. The venue also hosts other events including concerts, music festivals and stage shows. If you're a fan of football, you can visit the Jonny-Rocks Stadium (Whaddon Road) to watch Cheltenham Town in EFL action.

Ana Domecq
“Cheltenham is at the heart of Jump Racing and hosts one of the biggest festivals on the calendar; The Cheltenham Festival. And the best part? It’s just 25 minutes from Hartpury by car, bus or train. Many students make time in their busy schedules to go to the races – it’s a great local day out.”
