Award-winning law firm, Harrison Clark Rickerbys (HCR) has partnered with Hartpury University and Hartpury College to support the next generation of sport and farming talent. The partnership will benefit the Agri-Tech Centre for smart farming, the agriculture rugby team, and the Gloucester-Hartpury Women’s RFC team.
Kristine Scott, HCR Partner and Head of Cheltenham office, said: “We have a passion for people and the innovative, high-performing and supportive environment that Hartpury offers its students, giving them the best possible experience, perfectly aligns with our values. We have deep roots in the local community and are delighted to be able to get behind such a successful local educational programme. The proof is in the pudding – you only have to see where the women’s rugby team is in the league currently to understand the hard work and dedication that goes into the students to make them a success.
“Agri-tech is improving farming globally, from food production to sustainability and efficiency - the level of talent in the region’s future farming community that Hartpury nurtures through education is fantastic.”
