Career Overview

I joined Hartpury University in 2019 following the completion of my postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Since then, I have become a fellow of Advanced HE and have gained full practitioner registration with the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR). I was appointed to programme manager of BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Nutrition and have played an active role in curricular development and alignment of the programme to the SENR competencies.

Alongside my academic roles I continue to engage with applied practice. I currently work as the performance nutritionist for both the High Performance and the Equestrian Academies here at Hartpury. I also provide private consultancy work across many contexts including professional team sport athletes, equestrian riders and extreme sport competitors.
