Career Overview

I have worked in Higher Education, specialising in Business, Management and Leadership for many years. I am passionate about connecting students with real-world businesses and organisations. I key theme for me is also supporting people's personal and professional development and I have been fortunate enough to teach undergraduate, postgraduate and Doctoral students in a variety of locations around the world. Prior to joining Hartpury as a Principal Lecturer, I was Director of Business Engagement at the University of Gloucestershire, where I led on their Apprenticeship programmes, and before that, I was Head of Executive Education and Corporate Relations at Nottingham Trent University. I am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Association and hold a Ph.D. in "An Exploration of Brand Preference in Young Female Adolescents."
