Career Overview

I have worked as an Area Manager for a large national contract catering company and latterly as the General Manager of a prestigious local golf club. Between these two jobs, I spent 20 years working as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Gloucestershire teaching across Business Management and Applied Business Management courses from Foundation Degree level to Masters level. I designed and developed the 2nd Event Management degree in the UK and also designed and developed one of the first Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeships.
